Donna

Office Manager

Donna has been in the dental field for the past 7 years. She grew up in a little city called Windsor that is located in Canada where she got her associate's degree in dental hygiene. She then turned her associates into a bachelor’s degree at the University of Detroit Mercy in 2013. She slowly migrated to the front where she found her passion for treatment planning. Donna enjoys running the office and making sure every patient that comes in leaves with a smile. She enjoys building relationships with patients and making sure they’re overall oral health is at its best!

On her day off she enjoys spending time with her friends and family. If you don’t find her at the beach you will find her at the mall!

Ashlee

Treatment Coordinator

Ashlee began her journey of dentistry in 2019 at an endodontic speciality office, and has since realized her passion for all things front office. She joined us in 2020 as our Treatment Coordinator, and is responsible for all insurance verification and treatment planning. She enjoys helping patients understand their benefits, and guiding them towards the best treatment within their financial means. If you have any questions regarding insurance, she’s your girl!

Ashlee moved to Long Beach from San Diego in 2014, where she then graduated from Cal State Long Beach with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management. When she’s not working, you will find her travelling, being in nature, trying new restaurants, and spending time with loved ones.

Roula

Billing Coordinator

Roula joined our highly skilled team in 2002. She is originally from Lebanon, but has spent over 19 years in Southern California, and is a proud graduate of Cal State Long Beach. Roula possesses extensive knowledge in insurance billing and claims, accounting, and all things financial. Her passion for dentistry has been fueled by working alongside her brother, Dr. Bashawaty, where she has excelled in providing the best service to both her patients and her team.

On her time off, Roula enjoys spending time with her newborn son and her husband.
